New week, new post
Blogger.com added comments and XML feed to their features.
Please try that out for me. I want to see how that works :-)
The feed is an Atom feed. I have no idea what that is exactly. We'll see....

Grateful Dead
I've been getting into the Grateful Dead the last couple of months.
My only previous encounter with The Dead was their 1981 gig in Essen that was broadcast live
on TV as well as on radio and, man, did I not like them.
After finding out that you can (legally!!!) download most of their concerts from the internet, I decided to give them another try. There's some great stuff out there!!!
I read one guys recommendation (sorry, forgot to bookmark it) to check out the song
"Morning Dew" in the version from May 8th 1977.
He especially said to pop this into your car's CD player/iPOD about 15 minutes before you
reach your destination. I just can say: Try it!!!

Oh my god!
It's about time!!! Marcus harassed me about the age of my latest entry.
And damn right he is!
And you may have noticed that this page sports a new look. Well, it wasn't really by choice, but I messed up the old template completely :-(

Browsing Slashdot today I found this post. The Broken Saints site must be one of the coolest I've seen in a long time. Absolutely not one of the sites you click on the "Skip Intro" button at once. Be sure to check it out.

Well, since I actually want to start and write more stuff into the weblog, may be I should start off by telling a little bit about myself:
My name is Christian. I live in Germany in Schöneck which is near Frankfurt am Main.
Im 39 years old and work as a freelance consultant/programmer.
I'm married to my wife Angela and have a three year old son Yannick (I'll try and post a couple of pictures of him)
.
OK, that has to be it right now.

Morning,
I added a link to Marcus Crafter's weblog on the left of this page. I (used to) work with him on a project. Take the time and check it out.
